We want you to feel fabulous in your NFD pieces, so if your order isn't quite right, you have 28 days from delivery to return it for a refund or store credit. Please ensure items are unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Choose Your Method

Select your preferred return shipping carrier and choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit with a bonus top-up.

Pack and Post

Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at your local collection point.

Wait for Processing

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or credit within 7-10 working days.
